A Holistic Approach

For the telco to be effective, all departments must understand how the management of revenue assurance efforts is crucial to maintaining profits. While this means the RA team has to lead the way, it also means other departments need to internalize revenue management principles as well.

This is the core of what our training is all about—making negative consequences (revenue losses) everybody's problem. Our training is designed to help telecom revenue-related team members encourage this awareness in others and empower other departments to participate in the process of finding and fixing revenue loss situations.

On-Site Scheduling

One of the biggest challenges in setting up a training event is scheduling the date. While RAA would like to accommodate everyone, that is not always possible. Please use the following steps to best ensure that you get RAA training at the best time for your team:

1. View our calendar to check availability.
2. Express interest, select which week is your ideal week for an event, and list potential alternate weeks. At this point, other organizations may bid for that week.
3. As we continue to move through the pre-onsite process, and you have confirmed your intention to accept the training proposal, we will more firmly lock in your week and encourage other organizations to choose alternative weeks.
4. Once you have confirmed your commitement (purchase order, deposit, etc), we will then lock in your training on our calendar.
